Pindell Avenue

I have a spare room in my 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house for rent. It is currently just my cat and I. The third bedroom is my office. The house also has a big open basement that is mostly empty. I have some pieces of furniture in there now but it will be empty if I find someone to move in. The bathroom is shared. the half bath is in my room, but I am also open to switching rooms and changing the room for some rare cases.

I (28M) am newish to Louisville. Moved here in March from Nashville for work. I am not in desperate need for a roommate, so it will take the right fit for me to accept someone. I am looking for someone respectful and clean. It would also help to share somewhat of the same schedule to avoid one another disrupting the other person.
