Cary Roommate Search – Mid April / May Move-In 💛
Hi! I’m Carly, a 29 y/o sales professional (WFH) looking for a like-minded roommate to share my 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in Cary.
The space: Great location near Waverly Place & Crescent Commons (off Kildaire Farm Rd), walkable to Swift Creek Greenway and right by Lake Lamond with a scenic walking path, greenery, and wildlife. Quiet, private 2nd-floor unit facing woods.
You’d have: • Your own bathroom • Walk-in closet • Furnished common areas • In-Unit Laundry • Spacious Porch
Timing: Mid-April (after 4/15) or mid-May move-in (I’ll be traveling a bit, so flexibility helps).
About me: Clean, easygoing, and active—I work from home, enjoy the gym/walks, and value a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Looking for: Female (late 20s–30s), stable/professional, clean, respectful, and health/fitness-minded. Open to being friends or just peaceful roommates—good energy is key.
Home vibe: Calm, low-key, and not a party house. No smoking/drugs, and guests kept occasional/respectful.
Pets: Open to a well-behaved dog (great walking areas nearby!), no cats due to allergies.
Gym: I go to Life Time Fitness (~5 min drive / ~15 min walk) and would love someone open to splitting a membership—my last roommate and I did this and it worked great. ~$130–$150/month.
Cost: ~$1,200/month all-in (rent, utilities, internet, gym)
Complex (Audubon Parc) also has a pool + small gym.
If this sounds like a fit, message me a bit about yourself + your lifestyle 💛
