Hi! My name is Michelle. I have a primary bedroom suite available June 1st, 2024 for $1100/month, including all utilities and wifi. Parking and some storage provided as the room comes with use of half the 2-car garage.

The house is a large single story, 3 bedroom, built in 2023. The room is over 500 sf w/private bathroom and walk-in-closet. We are in a gated community in Waddell (west valley near Surprise).

I have another roomie. We are both women, 50+, friendly, very tidy, quiet, pretty much in our rooms or working.

I am only at the house 2-3 days per week. I work in Phx but family refused to relocate; so I fly back to Washington weekly.

We have an agreement to no overnight guests, for safety. Guests are fine, just no one overnight (exceptions for visiting kids/grandkids).

The pictures I have posted are of the model house. Dimensions etc. are all the same, just colors & deco different (not furnished).We both keep to ourselves a fair amount but are warm, friendly people. I am only at the house 2 to 3 days per week.
