Hello, I’m listing my room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Glendale. The location is super safe and easily accessible to highways. Close to downtown Glendale, Eagle Rock, and Highland Park. If you take the 2 (highway), Silver Lake and Echo Park are less than 15 minutes away.

My room is furnished with a bed, a dresser, a closet, and a vanity with chair – all cleared out for your use. I’ve left a guitar and books if you want to use them as well! And you’re more than welcome to store away anything that you don’t want in the room while you stay, of course.

My roommate is female. We are looking for a female that is clean and considerate to take over my room. :) Our apartment is fully furnished. Laundry is on-site in the same complex. Utilities are included in the rent. Street parking only. No pets allowed, sorry! There is no required length of stay, but I am hoping for someone wanting to rent a bit longer-term, like a year or so.
