Beautiful room for rent. Plenty of parking. Easy access to grocery stores and major highways. The room is a very spacious, king/queen size bed fit. Huge walk in closet. Private bathroom attached in room with more storage space. Clean apartment, balcony, washer & dryer included. Individual cabinets and space for both roommates. The rest of the apartment is furnished (dining table, couch, tv, etc) with items from my roommate but is shared.

I’m currently looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (Oct 1st- Dec 31st) due to my work location. (then to be renewed 1/24-12/24) It is a very beautiful apartment with plenty of privacy! My roommate has her own room and bathroom; you would only be sharing the kitchen with her. She is looking for someone who is responsible, cleans up, respectful and overall kind.
