Sash's room

Greetings All, Hope everyone is doing well and staying cool. I have a room for rent available the 1st of Aug. This is a room in my home that is is partially furnished. As per the home it is a very quiet and calm setting. Very well kept and clean, I ask that you also be likewise and considerate. The community is also quiet and has plenty of space to walk around and a community pool to cool off in. In regards to the location, I am on the south end of lake nona so there is plenty of stores/restaurants and shops nearby within a few mins drive. Also located near Orlando International Airport.

The current living status in the house is myself, my fiance and her daughter who is there every other week. We are both pretty laid back and quiet. Friendly and looking for someone likewise.
