About the room
Hi! I am looking for a roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in NoMa/Eckington. The lease would be for 12 months beginning ASAP. Rent is $1,350/month each plus utilities (usually around $90/month each). There is no security deposit since Iām renewing the lease, but we will have to split a $250 renewal amenity fee.

About the roomies
Iām a 24yo travel editor who works primarily from home. I have two sweet and shy cats who live in the apartment. (Two pets is the maximum number allowed here.) Iām into baking, kpop, reading, and watching trashy TV. As a roommate Iām pretty laid-back and flexible but will make sure to keep common spaces clean.
