Max's room

Looking for a responsible professional to fill a 125 sq ft room in a spacious house (2,080 sq ft) starting September 1st. Amenities include a living room, kitchen, dining room, game room, garage, fenced in backyard with patio furniture and fire pit and mudroom equipped with washer and dryer. You would also have full access to the basement workout area which includes a TV with Roku, pull-up bar, adjustable dumbbells and bench. The basement has room for plenty of additional storage for the new tenant if needed. Ample, free street parking is available directly in front of the house.

We are conveniently located near major highways and the metro station. The house is an 8 minute drive from the Shady Grove metro, a 5 minute drive to the Washington Grove train station, and less than 10 minutes from 270. There are also multiple grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The neighborhood itself is very walkable (Old Town Gaithersburg is within walking distance) and features a park with a meadow and wooded trails.

Current housemates include a special education teacher, special education coordinator, service industry professional, and one cat. All housemates are in their early 30s, easygoing and friendly. Unfortunately, we cannot consider tenants with cats as the cat of the house is not feline friendly, but dogs and other pets are welcome.
