Our fully furnished private room has everything you’ll need except your clothes, shoes and toiletries.

Our retro home with hardwood floors and ceramic tile bathroom floor will be shared by my husband and I, 2 dogs, and 2 cats.

In addition to your fully furnished private room, we are offering you your semi-private bathroom, many shared spaces which includes: (kitchen, dining room, living room, den, patio with charcoal grill, patio set with rocker chairs and lighted 9’ umbrella, fenced in big backyard with chairs, and loungers). Also available are wifi, internet and roku, should you have Netflix, YouTube, pandora and associated accounts. (No cable.) Parking available on property.

We’re close to downtown, Stetson University, shopping, schools, and the springs.

This space is for 1 person with no children, no pets, no live in partners, and will require license, confirmed employment, referrals and background check.

I rideshare drive with Uber/Lyft and usually am up by 4 am and on the road by 5 am.

We have an Australian Sheperd female puppy, a 13 year old female mixed, pitbull, and 2 rescue cats.
