Hi!! My roommate is moving out and we are looking for someone to fill her spot! It’s the master bedroom,private bathroom, and a walk in closet. This room also comes with a parking spot in the garage. More pictures & videos can be sent as well! Photos are kinda bad as they are screenshotted from videos:) Sharing the room is okay! Preferably no couples. We are located in Oceanside near the in-n-out of the 76.

Rent will be $1,400 with a $1000 safety deposit. Utilities tend to be around $60-$70. No pets and no smoking!!
