DTLA high-rise built in the 1980s 4 towers, lobby, with Parcel Pending and a café in the lobby. Secure parking and attendants with free guest parking on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. The room is the bigger Master Bedroom that is fully furnished with 1 and half Closets (You can bring your own furniture if this is a long term stay no biggie)It has its own private entrance and ensuite bathroom with its only central air unit) It faces North, so you only get direct sunlight from 7am-11am and comes with a view of DTLA Fully Furnished and 50-inch TV and some toiletries and towels

3 elevators in each tower -Pool/Jacuzzi -Gym -Cafe -Parking It has a litte enclosed balcony as well/ Fully stocked appliances and pans (Please keep-up or be a person who doesn’t really cook. I work from home a lot and travel a lot.

Rules;

• No constant parties (unless we chat about it) -Clean up after yourself, or we can hire a cleaning person 1–2 times a month.
• Aid in throwing out trash
• NO SMOKING in the common areas or your room. (By this I mean cigs or 420, but if you vape in your space it’s cool and if you’re tipsy and want to have a cig every blue moon, it’s fine in your room but if it starts to smell like cigs or 420 we need to have a dialogue)
• No loud Music after midnight/Same applies to me :)
