7th Avenue Northeast

Hi! I am renting my room in a 3-bed 1.5-bath in Udistrict close to UW campus. There is a nice new full kitchen, a shower/bath combo plus an extra shower and sink, there is laundry in the building and a parking garage, and the exterior is also nice. The move-in date is mid-Sep but negotiable. The property managers people are also very nice and quick to reply. It is pretty last minute, so I am offering my security deposit to the new tenant, and I will pay all paperwork fees :)

There are two roommates, both juniors at UW and very clean, kind and friendly. They can be pretty quiet at first, but open up and are very nice if you talk to them enough. They also study a lot and create a nice study space for everyone around them.
