Kathryn's room

Two rooms available in a 3/2 house, can rent separately or together. Females only. $600 per month for one room or $750 for both (for one person only—which would effectively make the bathroom a private bathroom). One room is furnished with a bad and has carpet, the other with hard floors and unfurnished, they each have a closet and window.

I have two golden retrievers that visit a few days per month.

Driveway and street parking.

Fast internet.

Utilities split between housemates, usually $300 total, so $150 with two occupants in the house.

Back patio and fenced yard.

Close to shopping and highway I-35.

Drug free. No smoking.

I am the current occupant. I am a young professional, I work a hybrid in-office/work from home schedule. I am neat and tidy. I enjoy having company over about once a week, and my Bible study group meets in the living room monthly. I’m happy to socialize with outgoing roommates, but I can also give introverts their space.
