Ryan's room

1 BDR + 1 Bath in a two floor townhouse, one with a full kitchen + living room/dining room, and the other with two bedrooms and two baths. (One of each taken by me) The room is a pretty good size too, with enough space to fit a queen bed, as well as a desk you can work from home comfortably on, and includes a large closet. Also, there’s a washer and drier in-unit. (Also, a parking spot is available, and included with rent.) Locationwise, it’s right in the middle of SF, only a block from Japantown and a load of great restaurants on Fillmore. Easy bus stop access to 3 routes (2, 22, 38) that can take you anywhere in the city, pretty much.

Hi, I’m Ryan! I’m 23 years old, and work at a tech company (Cisco) as a software engineer. I’m generally pretty quiet, and neat enough in the common spaces. My current roommate’s moving out this fall, and I’d like someone who can take his spot. I’m a big reader, (mainly fantasy, currently going through Gormenghast), and love games of all kinds, from MTG to Catan to Zelda. I ski whenever I’m able and would love the chance to go up to Tahoe with someone. Give me a shout if you’re interested!
