Im all for someone having a girl friend / boy friend but if you have to be togeather all the time, rent has to be higher. Its a small place so three people gets hectic. Will entertain 3 month term but would prefer 6 month term only. No more than April 30th, super quite atmosphere is a requirement .

Im a home builder that works alot. Its extremly quite here and everyone that lives here stives to keep it that way. No loud partys period , this is a place of peace, zero drama and positive vibes. Would entertain couples coming out to work on the mountain and or just well to do ski bums..rent for the room would be 1200.00 for couples thats roughly 40.00 per night..6 month term! only November 1 - April 30th. Ok to talk about 3 month term…first and last month due upon arriving ..no squatters rights on these terms. Issues are delt with on cowboy and cowgirl terms..happy travels. Bus route to parkcity super easy in winter per Heber main street. Think im 4 miles away from Heber main .
