I am a single professional male in his 30s who works full-time for the Commonwealth. I am not usually home for the latter half of the day and not home in the afternoon during weekends. The apartment is always kept clean and organized. I am easygoing, clean, and respectful of others and their space. I am also open to respectful communication. Rent is $900 and the cost of utilities, Internet, and gas are split evenly. This is a one-year lease and the room would be available on September 1st, 2023. I am available anytime
