Unfurnished bedroom (1210 is size of bedroom. 1212 to inside of closet) with shared bathroom (currently not shared until the other room is rented). Shared home, shared kitchen, shared laundry facilities, shared backyard and front yard. We are in a quiet neighborhood in Newbury Park. Close distance to bus, Kohl’s ,and In-N-Out

Home is owner occupied by 82-year-old female and 55-year-old female. Currently we have two dogs small in the backyard and one indoors. I apologize but we have no room for other pets at the moment. We do love animals! Hopefully you do too. Sadly we just cannot have anymore. We do not have many furnishings in the home so you might be able to place your couch or coffee table in the home. We do have a grand piano for your piano playing enjoyment.
