Bedroom available in an apartment in South Norwalk. Will be a 3rd roommate to current residents, 2 male engineers. Seeking a roommate for a 6-month lease which can be extended. The room comes with closet, desk, queen size bed, blackout curtains, and nightstand, all of which which can be removed upon request. Full bathroom with shower/tub is shared with one other roommate and there is a half bath downstairs. Additional desk space/storage is available on first floor. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. Street parking is available, never had to walk more than 1-2 minutes to my car. In a quiet part of Norwalk that is generally single-family homes. Location is a 10 min walk from SoNo/downtown Norwalk and a 5-10 minute drive from stores such as Costco, ShopRite, Trader Joes, Walmart, etc. 10-15 minute drive to Stamford via 95, 15 minute walk to south Norwalk train station that can take you to NYC, 35 min drive to Bridgeport/Danbury, 1 hour 20 minute drive to Hartford/Bradley International Airport.

We are male engineers at ASML in our mid-late twenties. We take advantage of this location’s centrality to visit friends/coworkers frequently as well as experience all the NYC metropolitan area has to offer. There is a chore agreement for residents to make sure the place is always clean, and we coordinate purchases to ensure everything is stocked. We also have 3d printers, hand tools, drill press, and other tooling methods that can be used upon request for those who are so inclined :).
