Hoyt Street

The room is located in downtown Stamford, close to shops and restaurants. It is a bedroom with own bath in room walk in closet with access to balcony from bedroom. Shared kitchen and living room. There is a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. There is a gym, community room with a television and pool table with a small kitchen, and a pool with 4 grills around the property.

I am the only other person living there. My room is on the opposite side of the apartment. I work during the day. I like to keep the common areas clean.
