my family and i are looking for a renter who is clean, organized and friendly. it’s me, my parents and my younger brother (19 yrs old) living in the house currently. occasionally my older brother (22 yrs old) comes home to visit for the weekend.

my younger brother and i are both attending local colleges. we both like to play video games. my parents work full time and cook the best food.

bathroom is shared with my younger brother

we prefer someone who is friendly with dogs. we have a 5 month old puppy but he lives in the garage and outside so he won’t bother you if you don’t like dogs. he is super friendly.
