In the heart of East Lakeview and just a 7 minute walk to the lake. This 2 bed 1 bath not only has a great location that is walking distance to the Belmont redline stop (transfers to brown/ purple) but also multiple bus lines (77, 36, and the 22). It’s on the third floor so super quite and has a cute coffee shop directly downstairs. Your room would be the main room, so it is nice and big and has plenty of room for a queen bed, desk, ect. Dishwasher, furnished living room (looking to redecorate though so I’m super open to any furniture you would want to bring), and washer and dryer in the basement that can also be used as storage. I am a coffee shop manager for my day job, but I also work in the theatre industry! I consider myself an extrovert and I like to hangout in common areas and would love to find a roommate to be friends with. You would also be living with my very well behaved cat Twitch.
