Room rental in 3BR house

Searching for 1-2 roommates to rent out my guest rooms asap. One room is ready to go (pictured) and the other room can be cleared out quickly. $600/ month for a yearly contract (sublet) that could be renewed July 1st 2024 when my lease renews. Rent includes all utilities- gas, electric, fiber internet, water, sewer and trash. There is one full bathroom on the main floor and a second half bath in the basement which will be a full bathroom very soon. House has a washer/ dryer, fireplace, full kitchen, fenced yard, fire pit, and free street parking. I do have two medium sized dogs who are very friendly, but I cannot accept any other pets unfortunately. Located In the Longfellow neighborhood; close to light rail station, busses that go to St Paul and Minneapolis, walking distance to Minnehaha Falls and a 24-hour Cub.

I sleep in the loft upstairs and there is plenty of space for three people in this house! Shared spaces are the basement, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and yard.

Requesting first, last, and security deposit to move in.

As of right now I am the only other tennant, however I am trying to rent out the other room asap as well. I am a very relaxed 32 year old, who spends most of my days off walking my dogs, or playing with them in the yard. I love to cook, and keep a very tidy home. My dogs are very sweet once you get to know them, and love making new friends.
