As close to a hotel setup as you’ll find! All you need are your clothes, loofa and netflix subscription! Bed, pillows and linens are all new. The couch, ottoman and rug are new. Soap, shampoo and cleaning supplies are all included for your initial move in but you’ll need to buy your own when they run out. Wifi and Xfinity cable included. There is a private green space off the living room which is shared by all the roomies. Smoking is permitted in said green space only. 1 minute walk to a UThealth bus stop, 1 minute walk to public bus stop and 12 minute walk or 4 minute bike ride to the metro rail (yes bikes are allowed on the rail). Only a few, first come first served parking spots available and the rest is street parking. Your room is the master bedroom equipped with seating for 2 and your own 65“ 3D capable tv with roku. Your bedroom also has 3 closets for all your crap! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need but plenty of extra cabinet space if you already have some items you want to use. Owner runs a food pantry so food can find its way home but how regularly depends on how cool you are and what you need. No pictures of the rest of the house for privacy concerns only.

Both roomies are quiet, neat and respectful. Perfect for a quiet studious environment. There is no tv in the living room because the quiet is that important.
