The other 2 bedrooms are on the second floor. The first floor bedroom has a connected private bathroom with washer and dryer in the bathroom. No pets. Rent includes shared access to common areas, including living room, kitchen, basement, backyard. The washer and dryer must be shared with the 2 house mates. The house has a basement for storage, as well as a backyard with a brick patio and 2 raised garden beds. More gardening will be welcome!

One a 30 year old woman who has a professional office job in downtown, and the other a 34 year old man who works as a Chef. They are both working professionals, and are hoping to find someone similar and in their late 20s or 30s. This is not a party house, although we do have backyard BBQs every now and then. These are really nice housemates. We tend to be pretty easy going with each other, but we have some basic expectations. We keep the common spaces picked up, which means taking care of dishes by the end of the day you use them and not leaving your personal belongings piling up in the living room or dining area. We are also on the quiet side of things. At least one of us tends to go to bed around 8:30 to 9 during the week, so we try to keep from being too loud during the weekday evenings. No off-street parking is available, which is typical of the Baker neighborhood—street parking is usually available right in front of the house. 420 friendly.
