Nia's room

2-story house with 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom, central AC + heat, driveway/garage, covered porch. Washer & dryer in the basement, full kitchen with appliances. Quiet, family-friendly area. There are two private rooms available, one ground floor and one upstairs that is slightly bigger. Electricity, gas, and internet bill is split between tenants. I will upload pictures soon.

Hi there I’m Nia! I’m pretty introverted, so I’ll be in the house a lot but I’m quiet and usually keep to myself. The house is my sanctuary and I like to keep it relatively clean and stress-free - so I’m not a huge fan of parties, extended stay visitors etc. In my free time I draw, play video games and ttrpgs :) This environment is probably best suited for students or people of a similar mindset who want to live in a clean, peaceful home. Also I have a cat named Beans! He is very sweet. This is an open and accepting space for people of all identities :)
