Home is located just south of Saddle Rock community on 2.5 acres, mountain views, very private, super nice neighbors.

Laundry and actual Kitchen upstairs in my space so we’ll need to get along and you’ll need to be very tidy, clean and courteous

I’m a professional semi retire gentleman, mainly keep to myself yet do enjoy people and community. I enjoy the outdoors, gardening, camping, fishing, music, festivals and cooking. No big parties and ongoing late night activities other than some TV in the evening. I have a wonderful Mini Aussie and she’s very friendly once she meets you.
