Carter's room

Hello! I live in a 1000 square foot apartment with my dog Loki and my cat Cooper. It has 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom (with tub/ shower combo). The kitchen is small but plenty for solo cooking (dishwasher and fridge open for use). The living area is spacious and has space for a personal desk for work or gaming. This is a fully shared living space, except my personal room of course. The one downside because I’m open and honest, the room for rent houses the washer dryer unit. I would only need access to the unit once a week to complete all my laundry. This unit is located on the bottom floor, easy access for move in and groceries. It’s located just a couple minutes from the interstate, and very close to the Eustis base. A grocery store close by along with food options just around the corner. There is a pool open during season along with a shared personal mailbox. Your own parking, not assigned with plenty of parking.

I would be the only roommate here. I work odd hours and full time. So there will be plenty of down time and space to yourself. I often work evenings and some in the morning. I like to keep to myself and socialize every now and again in the home. I play games in my room and like going to the gym. I don’t spend much time in the living area. I don’t smoke cigarettes and is not allowed in the unit. Cannabis IS allowed, just be respectful of lease rules and neighbors. I’m not a clean freak but I’m also no a slob. I’m ok with a “lived in” home. But I do require a certain level of cleanliness to maintain our living spaces.
