Sharon's room

I’ve been using the room as a home office. It is the front room of the property with a wall of windows looking out to oak hammocks. The room has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. The bathroom attached to this room is accessible to the main house, but we can work it out with our guests using our respective bathrooms if preferred.

I’ve lived here for about 7 years and have had the pleasure of meeting so many of the wonderful neighbors. There is a pool, tennis court, and dog park a few doors down from me.

There are two parking spots right in front of the townhome. I don’t drive, so both are available.

There is a second-story loft that we can share for storage.

Due to my age, and therefore mobility, the kitchen has been barely used.

I am a personable, easy to talk to, single woman in my 70s. I have an adorable 4-year-old Havanese who loves walks to the neighborhood dog park and cuddles from everyone he meets.

I look forward to sharing my home with a lovely roommate.
