Beautiful basement in a single family house located in New Bristow Village is available for rent. One bedroom 400sq.ft, one shared full bathroom and big shared living room space with small open kitchen. It has a private entrance and street parking space. Rent is 1000$ per month and requires one (1) month security deposit at signature. The rent includes all utilities - Gas, Electricity, water, trash and Wi-Fi. No Pets, No smoking and only one person allowed in the house. We don’t provide washer and drier. Light cooking space, microwave, electric oven, dish washing sink and refrigerator are available in the living room open kitchen. Heater and AC are central.

There is also one additional room already rented for another tenant. Couples work five days a week.
