Sharing kitchen, living space, laundry room and yard. Price includes electric, water and internet. Plenty of privacy. Must be ok with my affectionate pets. Short term stay @1 to 6 months or so for what suits your needs. No drugs, no drama, no overnight guests. Smoking allowed outside the home only, no acceptions. You must be clean, responsible and employed. Rent is $800 ($400 every two weeks) Discounted rate of $700 ($350 every other Friday) for emergency or essential workers includes law enforcement, active military, 911 emergency workers, and health care workers such as nurses.
