Full access to kitchen, laundry, and all common spaces. Private bedroom, and the upstairs bathroom would be exclusively yours.

Other roommates are a 35/f and her two children 14/m, and 10/m. There is also a German Shepard who lives in the garage/outside and a small cat, Cornish Rex, that lives inside only. Your pets are welcome, as long as they all get along.
