Rent is $800 (utilities included) for a room in a house with 5 other college student/young professionals. Free laundry and shared kitchen and shared bathroom (you would share with two other people) plus a backyard! Street parking pass is available.
Room is furnished - it has 3 twin beds so if a guest does visit, they can sleep on a mattress! The room also has a small closet.
Location is ~15 min walk to The Yard. Super close to Easton Avenue and Buccleuch Park.
Rent includes high speed internet, water, gas, electricity, weekly house keeping for common areas, property maintenance, trash/snow removal and parking. Finished basement with pool table and LG washer and dryer.
