Subleasing my room in Mira Mesa from 8/1/23 to 9/6/23

Hey, my roommate and I will be moving to new places so we are looking to sublease our room in Mira Mesa for the remainder of our lease. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, with a bathroom in each room. The other room may or may not have anyone staying in it, as our other two roommates are also looking for someone to sublease their room. So there’s a chance that you may have the entire apartment to yourself (unless you choose to have a roommate of course). The video and pictures shown below will be your space. The room will be unfurnished and completely empty.

Pricing and House Details:

• Rent for single: $1200 + utilities

• Rent for double: $600 + utilities

• Located in Esplanade Apartment Complex

• 907 sq. ft.

• 2 Rooms

• 2 Bathrooms (1 in each room)

• 2 closets per room

• 1 Kitchen

• Patio outside Living Room

• The entire place is unfurnished

• No laundry + dryer in unit (will have to walk downstairs to do your laundry)

• Apartment does have an AC unit

Your Space:

• Your own Bathroom w/ toilet and shower

• Sink next to bathroom

• The room will be unfurnished and completely empty

Extras:

• Next to a small park

• Near a ton of fast food spots such as Canes, In n Out, Chipotle, Chick Fil A etc. • Near a ton of grocery stores and right next to a Target
