Seeking a roommate east Roseville!! Would love a traveling nurse!? Queen bed included*

-master bedroom and bath with private entrance -Single person -no guests without approval (I have a 12 year old son and will not allow strangers around on my property.)

-Entrance through sunroom,(you have your own door into sunroom) you will have a private section 7ftx18ft. It is plenty large enough for a possible cabinet if you want to put a hot plate or say a convection oven/ air fryer for separate “cooking” or an extra large space for storage -The sunroom is not livable/hangout in summertime as it gets very hot.

POSSIBLY** consider one small dog. I have two of my own, so must get along with mine!

This will be renting for $1250/mo (includes all utilities!) There will be a deposit. IF we decide on a pet we can discuss additional pet deposit and additional monthly fee potentially.
