3 bedroom 2 Bath home in Allyn, 1500 sf The Primary ensuite is available, with walk in closet, private bath with walk in shower. Use of half the garage, utilities including internet, washer/Dryer and bbq for use. Common areas are open kitchen and living room. 3 year old home

Mid age but young at heart adult female, work days and am usually away from the house roughly 12 hrs a daily, and often work weekends at one of the local naval bases as a civilian. I enjoy bbqing, and working in the yard. I am friendly, but also value time to myself and won’t be in your business. One bedroom I will leave empty so when my adult daughter comes over once in a while there will be a place for her, otherwise there will be no other people staying here.
