We have an unfurnished bedroom with a private bath in Old Fig Garden within walking distance to Gazebo Gardens and biking distance to Fresno City College/Fig Garden Village. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Rent is $450, and utilities will be split three ways. You will have access to the common areas like the living room, kitchen, office space, and backyard. We are looking for a student or a working professional in their 20s-30s. No pets allowed aside from fish. We may request a background check, but proof of income is required. The lease is a year long.

My brother and I both work early shifts and go to bed around 10 to 11pm, so we need a roommate that will respect our quiet hours during the week. Otherwise, we are night owls and spend our time playing video games in the living room when we aren’t out and about. We would be thrilled if you enjoyed video games as well. I travel for work on occasion but I’m returning to Fresno City College in the spring so I’ll be around a lot more often.

I’m a trans guy, so a roommate who is also trans is highly preferred. If you are not trans, you must be a trans ally, no exceptions. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
