My current roommate is moving after this month & looking for someone to take over her room on a 12month lease, starting ideally August 1st but flexible to sooner or later if needed. The apartment is in a wonderful location; it’s close enough to walk to the beach but slightly removed from the chaos of the peninsula. The neighborhood is very safe and the neighbors are easygoing and calm. The room itself is spacious and gets great natural light! Large common spaces with in unit washer and dryer, side patio & grill, and 1.5 baths.
About the roomies
I work full time in Costa Mesa and travel fairly frequently, so not home all the time. When home, I’m an easygoing and clean person. Enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, and having an overall great time
