Hello! I have a spacious master bedroom suite available for rent in Dublin, CA. Here are the details:

• Location: Only a 5-minute drive to highway 580 at Tassajara or to BART Dublin/Pleasanton Terminal.
• Property: It’s a new upscale 3-story townhouse situated in a very nice and safe gated neighborhood. You’ll have access to upscale clubhouse amenities, including a gym and a heated swimming pool open all year.
• Parking and Community: Plenty of parking spaces are available, and there’s a user-friendly community park nearby. You’ll also find a variety of shopping centers, such as San Francisco Premium Outlet, Ranch 99, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, HomeGoods, and various restaurants.

Room Details:

• Rent includes fast wireless internet.
• The bedroom is a large 12’x12’ space with an in-suite full spacious bathroom (7’x9’) and two closets, located on the ground floor.
• Privacy: This room is the only one on the ground floor, providing maximum privacy. The owner of the house lives on the secluded 3rd floor, ensuring everyone’s privacy.
• Move-in Ready: The room is ready to be moved into. I just finished with brand new design style furnitures!
• Amenities: Laundry privileges are included, and you can access the refrigerator and microwave oven in the kitchen, and designer style living space.
• Utilities: An additional flat fee of $100 covers all shared utilities.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of one-month-rent is required.
• Lease: Minimum 3-month lease required, followed by a month-to-month lease. Priority will be given to long-term lease occupants.
• Occupancy: Single occupancy only. No additional part-time occupants or sleep-over guests. Parties are not allowed in the house, but the community clubhouse is available for hosting events.
• Restrictions: No illegal drugs, pets, or smoking allowed.
• Requirements: A good credit history and income verification are mandatory. Please provide a photograph of your government-issued driver’s license, ID card, or passport.
