Bibi's room

Our simple, minimalistic yet modern space has just what you need for a cozy stay. The room has has a shared restroom and spacious walk in closet. Furnishings include a queen bed, microwave, mini fridge and Keurig. A small starter pack of snacks, coffee pods, and water is included. Please note that the space does not include use of washer and dryer nor kitchen. However, some provisions and exceptions (such as very light kitchen use maybe 1 to 2 times per week, or laundry use of a couple of loads 1 to 2 times a month) may be made. We do, however, ask that you refrain from exploring the rest of the home as this is our personal space as well as the other guest’s private space. We also do not allow any person other than the guest who is renting to enter our property under any circumstances. We live in a quiet neighborhood that boasts wonderful walking trails. It is also very safe and well lit after sunset. Our location is in close proximity to Hwy 59 (aka hwy 69), Hwy 90, and Hwy 6 is about 10mins away. Beltway 8/Sam Houston Tollway is about 15mins. We have an H.E.B. Richmond Market, Walmart and a Whataburger within a 9 minute drive. Brazos Town Center has many shops and restaurants to choose from. Sugarland Town Center is about a 12 to 15 minute drive away where you will find even more shops, restaurants and bars. It is beautifully decorated during the holidays! We have a friendly little fur baby. He is a mini long-haired Doxie who loves to play, but is quite shy at first. He thinks he is a Doberman so he barks like one, but he is truly harmless. There is also a doggie gate to set our guests at ease. He is typically crated during the day while we are away at work.

We are a small family of 3. My husband and I are educators. Our daughter lives here too and you will be sharing a restroom with her. She is quiet and keeps to herself and loves to be out and about so this shared situation is never an issue and will feel like you have it mostly to yourself. We are usually hanging out in our room and love to watch movies. You might find us in the living room at times lounging and watching tv. We rarely have company but do have a friend or two pop by once in a while. We are friendly and social, but will definitely let you enjoy your privacy and peace and quiet as well.
