I have two rooms in my five-bedroom house available for rent. We are located in North Fremont off Decoto road near Dumbarton Bridge. Some basic furniture will be provided if needed (furniture may not look exactly the same as in the picture.) We also have a cute and friendly cat who thinks he is the head of our household

-Master bedroom including private bathroom $1250/month -Smaller bedroom with shared bathroom (mostly yours to use. Only share if I have a party at my house) $1000/month

Looking for a mature responsible adult who has a regular job who doesn’t work from home. The room is for a single person only. No drugs, no smoking. We run background check.

The rent includes water, utility and Wifi. Street parking is available Terms: Light cooking lease is for 6 months, then month by month 30 day advance notice for termination of the lease
