Plenty of bus stops in walking distance with downtown being a 20 minute walk away from the property, shared bathroom and kitchen with fellow residents, washer and dryer along with dishwasher are in-house, there is a shared driveway as well. 1 full bath, 1 half bath. Garbage/recycle goes out Thursday night. No smoking in the house. Walls are thick but some noise might travel through the vents. We are looking for 1 roomie to fill the 4th room.

3 People and 4 cats residing at the property, we are in our 20s. We can be a bit loud sometimes but can be quieted down if asked. We try to clean but we have our slow-days. We might congregate around the kitchen and we’re open to conversation for the most part.
