Hey potential roomie,

I’m currently seeking a friendly and responsible roommate to share my amazing place in downtown Hermosa Beach. The apartment offers rare garage parking, a spacious patio perfect for BBQs and lounging, as well as convenient washer and dryer hookups. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the available bedroom.

As a dog owner, I’m looking for someone who is comfortable living with my friendly and well-trained dog, Malibu. Please note, we are unable to accommodate additional pets.

Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for more! We’re within walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Vons, great restaurants, bars, and, of course, the beautiful beach. The neighborhood is vibrant, and you’ll find everything you need just steps away from home.

Now, onto the important details: The lease is on a month-to-month basis, and the monthly rent for the room is $1,725.50. The room itself is of standard size, complete with a sliding door closet. Additional storage space is available in the hall closet and the garage. We’ll have access to 1 1/2 baths, meaning we’ll only share the bathroom when the shower is in use.

Regarding expenses, we’ll split the costs of cable and internet. To maintain a tidy living space, I’d like to arrange for a cleaning company to deep clean every 2-3 months.

The move-in date is flexible, and the room is available now. I’m in need of a kitchen table, couch, and a washer and dryer.
