One bedroom is available on the top floor, shared with one other tenant, and 2 rooms are available in the basement with a shared bathroom.

We are looking for a third roommate to move in after August 1st. This lovely house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in West Jordan, close to Bangerter Hwy, I-15 and Mtn View Corridor, Jordan Landing, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. House is furnished except for the bedrooms, and a newly remodeled basement bathroom.

The lease is month to month with a 30-day notice prior to moving out. A security deposit of $200 and the first month’s rent are due before moving in.

You will have access to the kitchen, dining area, both living rooms, backyard, and laundry room, which will be shared among roommates.

I’m looking for someone who is easygoing, would fit in well with the current roommates, picks up after themselves, is responsible, and has steady employment. Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Big enough to feel like you have your own space and privacy, small enough that you can afford a nice living, convenient with all utilities wrapped into rent, less crowded noisy parking lots, more of the homey, peaceful suburban lifestyle.
