I am an astrologer and counselor who works out of my home. I am looking for a mature, employed, non smoker who likes cats. I would love to share an occasional meal and if you like yard work or helping around the house, that would be a plus!!
The current tenant is in the process of moving so I don’t have pictures of the bedroom yet. The room is currently furnished, but if you have your own things, I can empty the room. Some storage is available.
I am asking for a one year lease. A half month’s rent of $600 is due upon signing of the lease. It is refundable with a 60 day move out notice.
