Right off 241 and within 8 minute drive to 5 freeway. **Room can be furnished at request (full bed, dresser, desk) for an additional 75$ per month.

Utilities range from 70 to 150$. Deposit - $1400. 6-month lease with option to month-to-month afterwards.
