Hi Everyone! I’m renting one of the rooms in my apartment in Rancho Cucamonga. It comes with it’s own bathroom and shared laundry room or there is also laundry in the unit. Furniture is not included with the room. The apartment complex has a gym, two pools, and a jacuzzi or hot tub. The area is really safe and it’s gorgeous too. You would be 40 min away from LA and 15 min away from the airport. In general you’d be close to almost everything. I would like if it was women only and no drugs, smoking, or pets. I would like to rent this room ASAP, so it’d be available for move in starting August 1st. (Se habla español)

I’m a single mom of a 15 y/o, so the only people who live in the apartment is my daughter and I, which is why I’m asking for women only. Apart from my daughter and I living in the apartment, I also own a pomeranian dog.
