I own my moblie home it was brand new in 2021. In a beautiful community called lazy acres. I have a 14foot x7.5foot extra bed room and it’s own private bathroom. Additional shelf storage in the storage room. Own parking spot. Everything is covered under the $400. I would be willing to furnish if needed. I am asking for last 3 paystubs. Proof of credit and a copy of your resume. The trailer park will also be asking for the same things.

I am a 25 year old just looking for a roommate so I can pay my mortgage of quicker. I work 3pm to 1:30am. Love sleeping and cleaning and organizing. Rarely home on the weekends Especially in the summer. I have 3 😾 for babies. Am open to a 1 dog if you have one but it would have to get along with the cats.
