Regan's room

I am looking to fill two rooms in my three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath house in Manor, TX on an Initial 3-month lease with the possibility to extend, starting on August 1. I am currently looking for female roommates only, those who are mature, stable, clean, and respectful. Christian believers are a plus!! The house is 20 to 30 minutes from downtown Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock, and Bastrop. There is a park located down the street with a trail. You would have your own bedroom with a shared bathroom. Rent is $850 a month plus one-third of utilities and covers garbage, electricity, gas, water, and internet. Utilities vary by season with electricity being higher in the summer and going down in the winter and gas being higher in the winter and going down in the summer. The rental deposit is a refundable $500 pending room check at moveout.

I’m in my 30s. I am a behavior therapist. I have a small 20 lb dog who loves pets and cuddles. Unfortunately, there is no space for any other pets at this time. I am also in graduate school online, so I will need someone who is quiet and respectful as one of the upstairs rooms is directly over the primary room downstairs. I attend church on Sundays, and I host a bible study at my house one day a week. I get along with most anybody and keep common areas clean.
