About the room
My apartment is located just 7 minutes from Columbus State University, so it is ideal for commuting students, just 9 minutes from downtown, and about 15 minutes from Fort Moore. You’ll have your own room, but the bathroom is shared. There is ample unassigned parking, so you’ll always have somewhere to park. Rent is $500 due on the 1st of the month, and water is included in the price. I don’t currently have Wi-Fi but am working on getting that setup.
