Updated! For the lease it would be first months and security only. 1,325 + 750 so only 2,075 to move in.. I’m Currently looking for a roomate for september for 6 months to a year to sign a lease with me i am open to month to month as well. This is a good deal if you’re looking to save money and live in a safe neighborhood as well. I have been living here the past year and i love it. It’s Fully furnished as well. The location is perfect it’s right off 69th st on Biscayne Blvd 8 mins from midtown about 15 from brickell and downtown & 20 from the beach. The bedroom is very spacious and has plenty of storage with drawers under the bed, the dressers and the closet also a tv in the room. There is off street gated parking on the side of the building. This is a second floor apartment. The rent is 2,650 so we would each pay 1,325 per month fully furnished ALL utilities included which is cable, Wi-Fi, water, and more we ONLY pay for electric. I do have two cats I would prefer someone who isn’t allergic to cats and can respect mine. I’m very clean and respectful of boundaries as well as I’m not always home due to work..
